new cover for a new edition!

I hope you enjoy the new look!

When a Southern woman with a broken heart finds herself falling for a widower with a broken boat, it’s anything but smooth sailing.

The Beaufort crew has a new face, now that the rights for this book have reverted to me. Here’s the earlier trailer as a reminder. (I can’t edit in Animoto because the song is no longer available. Sigh.)

  1. Hi, Normandie
It is so good tonsee your name again. We live in the St Louis area now. Hard to believe we have been here almost 7 years now. We will soon be moving to a retirement community and be closer to my daughter.
I definitely want a copy of the book. And when we move I expect to meet a lot of people who could enjoy it.
    Blessings on this new opportunity!

    1. How lovely to hear from you, Katherine! I’ve been wanting to market Becalmed for a while now as part of the Carolina Coast stories, but I’ve been hampered by the issue of having a traditional publisher for it. Finally, after a year of few sales for them–and the earlier loss of my agent–they gave me the rights.

I envy you being able to be closer to you daughter. My son lives only an hour away, but my daughter’s still in NYC, and visits there are enough exposure for me. I love the country life!

Send me an email with your new address, and I’ll get you a signed copy if you like.

      Blessings,
      Normandie
