Home now is the Creek where the view is always beautiful, no matter the weather, and our pups have woods and yard for exploration. It’s also the place for writing, taking the place of my lovely salon on board Sea Venture. We came home to take care of Mama for the last 10 years of her life, and my intrepid mother loved every minute of her cruising days and our trips to the cape or up the ICW to NYC. By the end of her life, she was grateful to have seen the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!
